Return & Exchange Policy for Thowave.com

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us via email at info@thowave.com within 15 days of receiving your order.

Things You Need to Know Before Returning:

  • Defective items must be reported via email at info@thowave.com within 15 days of receipt. If you believe you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly within 15 days for assistance.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and any gifts attached). Items must be intact with the lace uncut.
  • Return Process: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address. You are responsible for sending the items back and emailing us the tracking number. We will not process returns without proof of receipt and delivery.
  • Return Shipping Fee: If the return is not due to a product defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you prefer to keep the product, we can offer a partial refund via an E-Gift Card for future purchases. E-Gift Cards never expire!
  • Handling Fee: There will be a $25 handling fee for returns due to buyer-related issues, such as ordering the wrong item or size.

Refunds:

  • Full Refund: If the return is due to an issue on our part (incorrect item or quality problem), we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Partial Refund: If the return is due to a buyer-related issue (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong item), a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover freight and handling costs.
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. You will be notified via email when your refund is processed.

Cancellations & Modifications:

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours by contacting us via email at info@thowave.com.
  • If you need to modify an order before shipment, a $5 handling fee will apply. Once the order has shipped, modifications are not possible.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are only possible for the same item. There is a $25 handling fee for exchanges. Customized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

We reserve the right to reject returns if:

  • A history of excessive or irregular returns is identified.
  • Returned items are worn, altered, damaged, or missing parts.
  • Fraudulent activity or misuse is suspected.

In cases of excessive returns, our Customer Protection Team will contact you to discuss the situation and resolve any issues. We are committed to ensuring a safe and fair shopping experience for all our customers.
